We are thrilled with our new Foundry condo! We were fortunate enough to sign up as a prospective condo owner from the inception of the project and are so pleased with the outcome. We moved into our new condo in July and have been LOVING the urban lifestyle.

• 2 blocks from the weekly Farmer’s Market (one of the best in the state)

• 4 blocks the Monroe County Public Library

• 7 blocks from IU campus

The construction is first class and includes comfortable sized balconies and great appliances. We especially enjoy the super quiet dishwasher, building and garage security, etc.
